1、九肚鱼,又叫豆腐鱼,虽然是海鱼,但没有腥味,还很容易清洗,只要切去头尾和腹部,洗净沥干水便可。

2、九肚鱼下锅后很容易熟,不宜开大火久煮,否则鱼肉会碎烂,还会失去鲜甜的口感。
