3、可用红薯、绿豆或土豆粉条,由于红薯粉条可用开水泡发,且久煮不易烂糊,所以建议用红薯粉条入菜。A Y

4、干茶树菇应用温水泡发,不可用开水或冷水,前者会使茶树菇变得软烂,香味流失;后者不容易泡发,香味较淡,不仅难煮透,还会干硬难嚼。
