牛蛙洗净后用盐,鲜味露,姜,葱酒腌一会,备用 ,准备好用料(豆掰酱,李锦记酱油,海鲜酱,香油,还有什么老干妈等等,我是乱用了)

这里是酱好的牛蛙(我用了三个),这个步骤应该都在上面所有配菜准备之前,因为要腌会牛蛙才入味,盐,葱,姜,酒,生抽,鲜味露,放个15分钟左右
